General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the t888m platform and its users. By continuing to use this platform, you are considered to be in full agreement with these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali. The t888m support team is able to communicate in both Bengali and English. All formal dispute resolution will be conducted in Bengali.
Eligibility & Age Limit
2.1 Minimum Age
You must be 21 years of age or older to use the t888m platform. This service is only for users aged 21 and above. If age verification reveals that a user is below the permitted age, their account will be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
This platform operates for users located in Bangladesh. It is the user's own responsibility if they access the platform from a region where online gaming or betting is prohibited under local law. t888m bears no legal liability in such cases.
2.3 Single Person Policy
A maximum of one account is permitted per person. If one person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Providing Accurate Information at Registration
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when opening an account. If an account is opened with incorrect or false information, t888m reserves the right to suspend or close that account at any time. Discrepancies in name, date of birth, or payment information may delay the withdrawal process.
3.2 KYC Verification
t888m conducts an identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC) process to ensure secure transactions. As part of this, the following may be requested:
- A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- Proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used
- A selfie or live verification (where applicable)
Withdrawals or certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.
3.3 Responsibility for Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else. If you notice unauthorized access or suspicious activity, immediately change your password from the login page and notify the support team.

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if KYC verification is pending, suspicious activity is detected on the account, or there are technical complications.
4.4 Rejected Transactions
Deposit or withdrawal requests may be rejected in the following cases:
- Mismatch between account information and payment information
- Incomplete or pending KYC verification
- Bonus wagering requirements not met
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Summary: 100% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount.
5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms
On your first deposit at t888m, you will receive a 100% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 still applies, giving you a total balance of ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus received. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — the deposit amount is not added. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Usage Terms
- Each bonus has a specific validity period — an expired bonus will be considered void.
- Operating multiple bonus accounts from the same person or the same device is prohibited.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after the wagering requirements are met will be eligible for withdrawal.
- t888m reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if promotional terms are violated.

Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Finality of Game Results
All games operated on t888m use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. Once a game result is displayed, it is considered final and cannot be changed, except in cases of technical error.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a round is left incomplete due to a system crash, disconnection, or software error, t888m reserves the right to refund the bet amount for that round. No win or loss will apply in such cases.
6.3 Sports Betting Guidelines
Keep the following in mind when placing bets in the sports betting section:
- Bets may be cancelled if an event is called off or the scheduled venue changes.
- In live betting, odds can change at any time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
- t888m reserves the right to suspend bets if suspicions arise regarding match fixing or the use of unfair information.
- Specific market terms apply for betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments.
6.4 Multiple Accounts & Syndicate Betting Prohibited
Syndicate betting organized by one person or a group with the intent to exploit bonus or promotion benefits is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.
Prohibited Activities
Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
7.1 List of Prohibited Activities
- Opening or operating an account using a false identity or information
- Exploiting bonuses by operating multiple accounts
- Hacking the platform's software, or using bots or automation tools
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
- Using third-party payment methods or accounts
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
- Harassing or deceiving other users
- Distributing or selling t888m platform content to third parties without permission
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by t888m
t888m may temporarily or permanently suspend your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Suspicion or evidence of a breach of terms
- KYC verification is pending or incomplete
- Unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account
- Compliance with directives from regulatory authorities is required
- At the user's request (self-exclusion or cooling-off period)
8.2 Closure at User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time. In this case, you may submit a withdrawal request for any valid balance and verified winnings where wagering requirements have been fully met. Please contact the support team to make a request.
8.3 Balance After Account Closure
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, t888m will use its discretion regarding the return of any non-bonus real balance. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, all or part of the balance may be forfeited.
Limitations of Liability
